Sec. 10. The department shall develop guidelines necessary to implement sections 6 through 9 of this chapter, including guidelines that require the school corporation to use the laboratories to the fullest extent possible. Sec. 12. A school corporation that receives a grant under sections 6 through 9 of this chapter must deposit the grant in the school corporation’s education fund.
