20-20-13-0.5. “Fund”

Sec. 0.5. As used in this chapter, “fund” refers to the Senator David C. Ford educational technology fund established under section 6 of this chapter. As added by P.L.31-2009, SEC.1.

20-20-13-1. “Grant”

20-20-13-10. Guidelines

Sec. 10. The department shall develop guidelines necessary to implement sections 6 through 9 of this chapter, including guidelines that require the school corporation to use the laboratories to the fullest extent possible. 20-20-13-11. Application for Funds

20-20-13-12. Deposit of Grants in Education Fund

Sec. 12. A school corporation that receives a grant under sections 6 through 9 of this chapter must deposit the grant in the school corporation’s education fund. 20-20-13-13. Establishment
