20-23-17-1. Application of Chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a school corporation located in a city that has a population of more than fifty-one thousand (51,000) and less than fifty-three thousand (53,000). As added by P.L.179-2011, SEC.30. Amended by P.L.119-2012, SEC.153; P.L.104-2022, SEC.127.
