Sec. 2. A charter school is subject to all federal and state laws and constitutional provisions that prohibit discrimination on the basis of the following: (1) Disability. (2) Race. (3) Color. (4) Gender. (5) National origin. (6) Religion. (7) Ancestry. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-5.5-2-2.] As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.8.
