20-24-12-2. Purpose
Sec. 2. The purpose of the program is to make grants and loans to charter schools for the purpose of: (1) constructing; (2) purchasing; (3) renovating; (4) maintaining; (5) paying first semester costs for new; and (6) reducing common school fund debt for; charter schools. Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “school” refers to a charter school or an innovation network school described in section 1(a)(2) of this chapter. As added by P.L.213-2015, SEC.162.
