20-28-10-7. Defense Service; Professional or Established Teacher

Sec. 7. A professional or established teacher: (1) with an indefinite contract under IC 20-28-6-8; and (2) who is described in section 6(a) of this chapter; is granted a leave of absence during the defense service.
