20-33-12-6. Prohibition on Required Participation in Religious Activities

20-33-12-7. Behavior Contrary to Citizenship or Moral Instruction
Sec. 7. This chapter may not be construed to prohibit a school from prohibiting behavior that is contrary to citizenship or moral instruction required under IC 20-30-5. As added by P.L.220-2017, SEC.2.
20-33-13-7. Award of Injunctive Relief, Damages, or Costs

20-33-9-16. Good Faith
Sec. 16. An individual making a report under sections 10 through 14 of this chapter or assisting in any requirement of sections 10 through 14 of this chapter is presumed to have acted in good faith. 20-33-12-8. Severability
Sec. 8. The provisions of this chapter are severable as provided in IC 1-1-1-8(b). As added by P.L.220-2017, SEC.2.
20-33-13-8. Immunity From Liability
Sec. 8. A school corporation, a public school, a nonpublic school, and an association are not subject to liability in: (1) a civil; (2) an administrative; (3) a disciplinary; or (4) a criminal; action for acting in good faith in compliance with this chapter. As added by P.L.177-2022(ts), SEC.2.
