20-34-9-1. Application

Sec. 1. This chapter does not apply to a virtual charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-10) or a virtual state accredited nonpublic school. As added by P.L.153-2019, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.92-2020, SEC.91; P.L.156-2020, SEC.79.

20-34-9-2. “Plan”

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “plan” refers to a student and parent support services plan described in section 6(2) of this chapter. As added by P.L.153-2019, SEC.3.

20-34-9-3. “Program”

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “program” refers to the student and parent support services grant program established by section 5 of this chapter. As added by P.L.153-2019, SEC.3.

20-34-8-4. Application to Parent of Emancipated Applicable Student

Sec. 4.
