20-43-15-2. Fund Established; Administration of Fund

20-43-15-3. Grants From Funds

Sec. 3. A school corporation may apply to the department for a grant from the fund for stipends for eligible teachers. The application must be in the form and manner prescribed by the department, and submitted by the date set by the state board. As added by P.L.106-2016, SEC.14.

20-43-15-4. Application Specifications

Sec. 4. A school corporation’s application for a grant from the fund must specify the amount of money that the school corporation is committing to contribute to the stipends, with a maximum commitment of two thousand dollars ($2,000) for each teacher stipend. As added by P.L.106-2016, SEC.14.

20-43-15-5. School Corporation Matching Funds for Grants
