20-50-3-3. “School of Origin”

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “school of origin” means the school: (1) that a student in foster care attended when the student last had a permanent residence; or (2) in which a student in foster care was last enrolled. As added by P.L.133-2008, SEC.3.
