Sec. 1. (a) The treasurer of state shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to administer this article. (b) The state board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish a procedure to establish an Indiana education scholarship account education service plan for an eligible student. 20-51.4-4-12. Tax Treatment; Qualification for Other Programs
