21-12-16-7. Contract Requirements
Sec. 7. Before receiving a scholarship under this chapter, the applicant must enter into a contract with the commission agreeing to: (1) the terms and conditions described in section 5(a)(5) of this chapter; and (2) any other terms and conditions established by the commission.
