21-13-11-12. Recipient Compliance Reports

Sec. 12. A recipient of a grant under this chapter shall submit to the commission a written report concerning the recipient’s compliance with the evaluation standards developed under section 11 of this chapter on the following dates: (1) December 1 of each year. Sec. 6. The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner as other public money may be invested. Interest that accrues from these investments must be deposited in the fund. As added by P.L.118-2016, SEC.23.
