21-41-5-6. Establishment of System
Sec. 6. A statewide community college system is established. The community college system consists of: (1) the campuses and other instructional sites of Ivy Tech Community College; and (2) the various courses, programs, and services provided by Ivy Tech Community College throughout Indiana.
