21-42-5-3. Powers of Commission

Sec. 3. The commission for higher education shall exercise its powers and duties under this chapter to facilitate the use of: (1) the core transfer library at state educational institutions; and (2) articulation degree programs at Ivy Tech Community College and Vincennes University.
