22-14-6-7. Audit

22-14-6-6. Reversion

Sec. 6. Money in the fund at the end of the fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund. As added by P.L.107-2007, SEC.14.

22-14-6-1. “Fund”

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “fund” refers to the fire training infrastructure fund established by section 2 of this chapter. As added by P.L.107-2007, SEC.14.

22-14-6-2. Establishment

Sec. 2. The fire training infrastructure fund is established to do the following: (1) Provide grants to construct fire training facilities and purchase fire training equipment. (2) Pay the costs of administering this chapter. As added by P.L.107-2007, SEC.14.

22-14-6-3. Administration

Sec. 3. The department shall administer the fund. As added by P.L.107-2007, SEC.14. Amended by P.L.187-2021, SEC.94.

22-14-6-4. Funding Sources

Sec. 4. The fund consists of the following: (1) Amounts appropriated by the general assembly. (2) Donations, grants, and money received from any other source. Sec. 5. The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner as other public funds may be invested. As added by P.L.107-2007, SEC.14.
