22-2-18.1-3. Application of Chapter
Sec. 3. This chapter applies to a minor less than eighteen (18) years of age who is employed or is seeking employment in Indiana. As added by P.L.147-2020, SEC.16.
22-2-18.1-4. “Department”
Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “department” refers to the department of labor created by IC 22-1-1-1. As added by P.L.147-2020, SEC.16.
