22-3-4-10. Actions and Proceedings; Costs

Sec. 10. In all proceedings before the worker’s compensation board or in a court under IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6, the costs shall be awarded and taxed as provided by law in ordinary civil actions in the circuit court. Formerly: Acts 1929, c.172, s.63. As amended by P.L.144-1986, SEC.47; P.L.28-1988, SEC.39.

Sec. 10. In all proceedings before the worker’s compensation board or in a court under IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6, the costs shall be awarded and taxed as provided by law in ordinary civil actions in the circuit court.
