22-9.5-8.1-4. Enforcement of Subpoena by Attorney General

Sec. 4. The attorney general, on behalf of the commission or other party at whose request a subpoena is issued under this chapter, may enforce the subpoena in appropriate proceedings in the court in which the action is filed. As added by P.L.111-1992, SEC.8.
