24-4-1-4. Duty of Prosecuting Attorney and Attorney General

Sec. 4. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorneys, in their counties, and the attorney general to enforce the provisions of sections 1 and 3 of this chapter by appropriate actions in courts of competent jurisdiction. Formerly: Acts 1913, c.117, s.4. As amended by P.L.152-1986, SEC.45.
