24-4-20-6. Foreign Entity Requirements

A person may distribute low THC hemp extract in Indiana only if the product: (1) has been approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration or the federal Drug Enforcement Agency as a prescription or over the counter drug; or (2) meets the requirements of this chapter. 24-4-19-11. Purchase or Resale of Precious Metal

Sec. 11. A precious metal dealer who purchases or resells precious metal must comply with this chapter. However, this chapter does not apply to jewelry used by a customer as a trade-in toward the purchase of a new piece of jewelry. As added by P.L.222-2013, SEC.3.
