25-1-13-2. “Agency”
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “agency” refers to the Indiana professional licensing agency established by IC 25-1-5-3. As added by P.L.65-2006, SEC.1.
25-1-13-3. “Inspect”
Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “INSPECT” refers to the Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking program established by section 4 of this chapter. As added by P.L.65-2006, SEC.1.
25-1-13-4. Establishment of the Indiana Scheduled Prescription Electronic Collection and Tracking Program
Sec. 4. The Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking program is established within the agency. As added by P.L.65-2006, SEC.1.
25-1-13-5. Agency Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Sec. 5. The agency shall perform all administrative functions, duties, and responsibilities for the INSPECT program. As added by P.L.65-2006, SEC.1.
25-1-13-6. Inspect Program Duties
Sec. 6. The INSPECT program shall collect and process information received under IC 25-26-24-17 and has duties described in IC 25-26-24-18 and IC 25-26-24-19. As added by P.L.65-2006, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.51-2019, SEC.4.
