25-13-3-2. “Access Practice Agreement”

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “access practice agreement” means an agreement that: (1) is entered into by a licensed dentist and a dental hygienist that allows the dental hygienist to provide preventive dental hygiene services directly to a patient; and (2) complies with the requirements of this chapter. 25-13-3-3. “Access Practice Dentist”
