25-17.6-5-1. Expiration of License
Sec. 1. A license issued under IC 25-17.6-4 expires three (3) years after it is issued, at a time and date designated by the board. As added by P.L.161-1996, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.17-1999, SEC.20.
25-17.6-5-2. Notification of Expiration and Renewal Fee
Sec. 2. The board shall notify each person licensed under this article of the: (1) date of expiration of the person’s license; and (2) amount of the renewal fee established by the board. As added by P.L.161-1996, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.17-1999, SEC.21.
