Sec. 2. Subject to IC 25-1-6.5-3, the committee consists of three (3) members appointed by the governor who are certified direct entry midwives. As added by P.L.232-2013, SEC.20. Amended by P.L.249-2019, SEC.101.
Sec. 3. (a) Each committee member serves a term under IC 25-1-6.5. (b) A committee member serves until the committee member’s successor is appointed.
