Sec. 2. “Board” refers to the medical licensing board of Indiana. As added by P.L.238-1989, SEC.1.
Sec. 3. “Committee” refers to the occupational therapy committee established under IC 25-23.5-2-1. As added by P.L.238-1989, SEC.1.
Sec. 3.5. “Examination” refers to a nationally recognized test for occupational therapists that has been approved by the board under IC 25-23.5-5-4.5. As added by P.L.197-2007, SEC.60.
