25-23.6-11-2. Use of License

Sec. 2. (a) An individual may not knowingly use a license issued under this article unless: (1) the license was issued to the individual; and (2) the license is valid. (b) An individual who violates this section commits a Class A misdemeanor. As added by P.L.147-1997, SEC.72.
