Sec. 2. (a) The board consists of ten (10) members appointed by the governor. Sec. 4. A member of the board who is appointed by the governor may be removed under IC 25-1-6.5-4. As added by P.L.186-1990, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.249-2019, SEC.107.
Sec. 5. The board shall elect a chairman from among the members of the board for a one (1) year term. An individual may not be elected as chairman for more than two (2) consecutive one (1) year terms. As added by P.L.186-1990, SEC.9.
