Sec. 2. (a) The committee consists of five (5) members appointed by the governor. (b) Subject to IC 25-1-6.5-3, the committee must include the following: (1) Three (3) physician assistants who: (A) are residents of Indiana; (B) have at least three (3) years experience as physician assistants; and (C) are licensed under this article.
