25-42-6-9. Releasing Investigative Records to Party States

25-42-6-5. Information Designated Not for Release to Nonparty States
Sec. 5. Notwithstanding any other law, all party state licensing boards contributing information to the coordinated licensure information system may designate information that may not be shared with nonparty states or disclosed to other entities or individuals without the express permission of the contributing state. 25-42-6-6. Personal Identifiable Information Not for Release to Nonparty States; Exception
Sec. 6. Any personally identifiable information obtained from the coordinated licensure information system by a party state licensing board must not be shared with nonparty states or disclosed to other entities or individuals except to the extent permitted by the laws of the party state contributing the information.
