26-4-1-19. “Producer Premium”
Sec. 19. “Producer premium” means the amount of money charged to and collected from a producer under IC 26-4-4-4 that qualifies the producer to be a part of the grain indemnity program. As added by P.L.250-1995, SEC.1.
