27-17-14-1. Civil Penalties

Sec. 1. The department may impose a civil penalty of: (1) at least five hundred dollars ($500); and (2) not more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000); for each violation of this article. As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.
