27-19-2-10. “Health Plan”

Sec. 10. (a) “Health plan” means a policy or contract that provides health insurance coverage. (b) The term includes a group health plan. As added by P.L.278-2013, SEC.27.

27-17-14-1. Civil Penalties

27-17-9-4. Assets or Securities Not Subject to Levy

Sec. 4. Assets or securities held in Indiana as a deposit under this chapter are not subject to levy by a judgment creditor or other claimant, except the commissioner, against the discount medical card program organization. As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.
