3-11.5-2-1. Absentee Ballot Counter

Sec. 5. An absentee ballot application or an absentee ballot is considered “sent” to a voter if the application or ballot is: (1) sent by United States mail addressed to the voter; (2) transmitted by fax to a number provided by the voter; or (3) personally given to the voter.
