3-11.5-7-3. Recounts; Precinct of Voter Residence

Sec. 3. An absentee ballot is considered to be cast in the precinct in which the voter who cast the ballot resides for the purpose of the following chapters: (1) IC 3-12-6. (2) IC 3-12-11. (3) IC 3-12-12. As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2.
