3-12-2-2. Viewing of Counting of Votes by Inspector and Judge of Opposite Political Party

3-12-2-4. Protest of Ballot; Duties of Poll Clerks
Sec. 4. If a ballot or any part of a ballot is protested, the poll clerks immediately shall write on the back of each protested ballot the word “counted” or the words “not counted”, as appropriate.
