Sec. 17. “Elected office” means a federal office, state office, legislative office, school board office, or local office. Sec. 19. “Election district” means the area comprised by precincts where voters who are qualified to vote for a candidate or on a public question reside and whose votes a candidate or committee proposes to influence.
