3-7-13-2. Eligibility to Vote in Primary Election

Sec. 2. A person who, on the day of the next general, municipal, or special election, will meet the age and residency requirements of section 1 of this chapter may register and vote in the primary election. As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.22.
