3-7-14-4. Application for Driver’s License or Other Identification as Voter Registration Application
Sec. 4. An application to obtain or renew a motor vehicle driver’s license, permit, or identification card serves as an application for voter registration: (1) under this article; and (2) as provided in 52 U.S.C. 20504(a)(1); unless the applicant fails to sign the voter registration application. 3-7-14-5. Voter Registration Application Form Provided With Application for Driver’s License
