3-7-43-1. Removal of Name at Voter’s Request

Sec. 1. As provided by 52 U.S.C. 20507(a)(3)(A), a circuit court clerk or board of registration may remove the name of a voter from the official list of registered voters at the voter’s request. As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.53. Amended by P.L.128-2015, SEC.134.
