3-7-43-7. Removal and Cancellation of Affidavit

Sec. 7. The county voter registration office shall cancel the affidavit of registration and enter the date and other information concerning the cancellation in the computerized list under IC 3-7-26.3. As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.53. Amended by P.L.209-2003, SEC.74; P.L.164-2006, SEC.43.
