Sec. 6. If the political party participated in a presidential primary during the year in which the state convention is held, the state chairman shall notify the convention of the results of the presidential primary furnished to the chairman under IC 3-8-3-10. Sec. 7. The state committee of the political party holding a state convention shall determine the procedure for nominating candidates and electing delegates and alternate delegates to the national convention.
