The department or the department’s designee may: (1) develop evaluation criteria, payment calculation standards, and other policies related to the implementation of this chapter; and (2) adopt and make available to foster youth a method for applying for funding under this chapter. 31-26-6-8. Organizational Meeting; Chairperson of Regional Services Council

Sec. 8. (a) The regional manager shall convene an organizational meeting of the members of a regional services council appointed under section 7 of this chapter. Sec. 15. Before October 1 of each year, the board shall prepare a report concerning the program established by this chapter for the public and the general assembly.
