31-26-5-2.5. Per Diem Model Reimbursement to Community Based Providers for Family Preservation Services
Sec. 2.5. (a) Beginning October 1, 2019, the department shall use a per diem model to reimburse community based providers for providing family preservation services. 31-26-4-15. Annual Report
Sec. 15. Before October 1 of each year, the board shall prepare a report concerning the program established by this chapter for the public and the general assembly.
