31-40-5-1. “Program”

Effective 7-1-2023. Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “program” refers to: (1) the juvenile diversion grant program; and (2) the juvenile community alternatives grant program; established by section 2 of this chapter. As added by P.L.101-2022, SEC.31.

31-40-5-2. Establishment of Grant Program

Effective 7-1-2023. Sec. 2. (a) The juvenile diversion grant program and the juvenile community alternatives grant program may be established, subject to available funding. (b) The Indiana criminal justice institute (as described in IC 5-2-6) shall administer the programs described in this chapter. As added by P.L.101-2022, SEC.31.
