33-23-8-1. “Governmental Body” Defined

33-23-8-2. “License” Defined

33-23-8-3. “Practitioner”

Sec. 3. As used in this section, “practitioner” means a person who holds a license. The term includes the following: (1) An attorney. 33-23-8-4. Conviction Notice; Insurance Fraud or an Offense That Relates to Insurance

Sec. 4. If a practitioner: (1) violates IC 35-43-5-4.7 (insurance fraud); or (2) is convicted under IC 35-43-5-4 of an offense that relates to insurance (including an attempt or a conspiracy); the sentencing court shall provide notice of the conviction to each governmental body that has issued a license to the practitioner.
