33-33-90-1. Judicial Circuit

33-33-90-2. Establishment of Standard Superior Court

Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Wells superior court. (b) The Wells superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1. 33-33-90-3. Judge; Location of Court Sessions
