33-33-36-1. Judicial Circuit

33-33-36-2. Establishment of Standard Superior Court

Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Jackson superior court. (b) The Jackson superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.
