33-33-52-1. Judicial Circuit

33-33-52-2. Establishment of Standard Superior Court

Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Miami superior court. (b) The Miami superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1. 33-33-52-3. Judges; Location of Court Sessions

Sec. 3. The court has two (2) judges who shall hold sessions in: (1) the Miami County courthouse in Peru; or (2) other places in the county as the board of county commissioners of Miami County may provide.
