34-18-2-10. “Community Mental Health Center”

34-18-2-12.5. “Final Nonappealable Judgment”
Sec. 12.5. “Final nonappealable judgment” means a final judgment with respect to which: (1) the time for filing an appeal has expired; (2) all appeals have been exhausted; or (3) both.
