34-28-9.2-4. Service of Petitions

Sec. 4. A person filing a petition under this chapter shall serve a copy of the petition on the state lottery commission’s director and the child support bureau established by IC 31-25-3-1. As added by P.L.198-2014, SEC.6.

34-28-9.2-5. Notification of Hearings
