34-30-19.5-1. “Owner”

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “owner” means a person that: (1) has a fee interest in; (2) is a tenant, lessee, or occupant of; or (3) is otherwise legally in control of; a private property that is adjacent to Lake Michigan. As added by P.L.164-2020, SEC.61.

34-30-19.5-2. “Private Property”

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “private property” means a property whose owner is a person other than the state of Indiana. As added by P.L.164-2020, SEC.61.
